Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

In short: we use your details to quote and arrange your flights, share passenger data only with those who need it to fly you (mainly the operator and airport authorities), never sell it, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete it at any time.

1. Who we are

Jet Club Charter (“we”, “us”) of 74 Indrì Vella Street, Pembroke PBK 1314, Malta, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, by email, by phone and on WhatsApp. This policy explains how we handle it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Malta’s Data Protection Act (Cap. 586).

2. The data we collect

  • Contact details — name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, company name, billing address.
  • Trip details — routes, dates, times, number of passengers, baggage, pets, catering and ground-transport preferences.
  • Passenger details — full names, dates of birth, nationality, passport or ID details, and contact details of travellers. Operators and border authorities require these by law.
  • Special requirements — information about mobility, medical needs or dietary requirements, which may reveal health or religious information. We only collect this if you choose to give it, and only use it to arrange your flight safely.
  • Payment information — bank transfer references and invoices. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications — emails, WhatsApp messages, call notes and feedback.
  • Website data — IP address, browser and device information and security logs, collected automatically when you use the site. See our Cookie Policy.

If you give us details about other passengers, please make sure they know you are doing so and have seen this policy.
