Geneva for the Alps

Geneva is the main airport for the French and Swiss Alps. By road it’s roughly 1 hour to Megève or Chamonix, about 2 hours to Verbier, and around 2 h 30 to Courchevel — or minutes by helicopter. For Verbier and Crans-Montana, Sion can be closer for smaller jets; for Courchevel and Méribel, Chambéry is an option.

Winter weekends, especially Saturdays in February, are the busiest of the year. Ski bags take space, so tell us your luggage and we’ll size the aircraft accordingly.

Malta–Geneva questions

How long is a private flight from Malta to Geneva?

Around two hours.

Is there passport control?

Switzerland is in Schengen, so there’s normally no passport check from Malta. Note Switzerland is outside the EU customs area, so customs rules apply to goods.

Yes — chauffeur or helicopter to Verbier, Courchevel, Megève, Gstaad and others.

Can winter weather affect the flight?

Snow and de-icing can cause delays and extra costs. De-icing is charged at cost and is listed separately on your quote.
